I think I'm correct in assuming that after the trade all 3 players are going to be on the bench? If that's the case then you can't stuff it up too terribly. I think Nroo is a safe bet on the bench because you know he'll play. Higgins will give you the most money... Probably out of the 3 if it doesn't restrict who you can grab I'd dump Mzungu, as good as he's been lately. Having said that if money is important then you can get rid of Higgins instead.
Yeah, just a bit concerned with what they might do, it seems they'll have top 4 locked up. With that in mind if you're considering Priddis I'd probably go that way, he's been very good and WC need to finish strong to get a chance at a top 4 spot. Having said that, if (big if) Mitchell/Hodge aren't rested then they have a dream draw and should score better than Priddis... it's a tough one.
No they won't be on the bench my team is on page three of this thread. Whoever I trade will become Goodes on the feild and the others I have to keep on the feild. I wish I had the depth to have a bench of that calibre!
If Higgins isn't named It'll probably be him but I think he might actually outscore Mzungu and Riewoldt so I"m still not sure![]()

With Sandilands back in the team, I guess my trade moves to Newman...especially with Gilbee not back in! GRR.I'd been happy with Pedersen as D7, but after than 22 and the bye this week it worries me.
The defenders to occupy that last spot (after trading out Newman) have not been all that impressive, really, especially with inconsistencies. If I get Enright and lose it'll be annoying next week, but I think he might be the best pick. Suckling hasn't been scoring as well as he has the last few weeks, even more so due to his coming back from injury. Birchall could get rested, yes, but more worrying is his inconsistency. But, both Birchall and Suckling do play Gold Coast in the GF, so that is handy (and, the guy I'll most likely play has Suckling). I wouldn't be inclined to touch Johncock nor Adcock (they are both 'c-o-c-k's).
The other alternative is to trade out Sandilands. This could prove very handy as his replacement is likely to be versus Clarke or Bailey, but if Keeffe is named this week it may not be such of an issue.
Decisions, decisions... :S
Any other thoughts or comments on the above?
Thanks!
I remember reading somewhere that rucks V Richmond tend to do well. May help with this weeks decision since Sydney are playing them. Not that I am a supercoach king, but I chose Mumford over McEvoy last week. Couldn't really tell you why, just felt more right.Help!!
My team:
Gibbs, Goddard, Fisher, Deledio, Broughton, Birchall, Heppell,
Lower, Puopolo, Toy
Pendles, Judd, Boyd, Swan, Ablett, Harvey,
Swallow, Mzungu, Jacobs
Cox, Smith
Lobbe, Tippet
Pav, Fyfe, Goodes, Sylvia, Franklin, Petrie, Riewoldt,
Howe, Lynch, Richardson
I have 5 trades and $351
with no Cats players hopefully I won't need to trade next week..
I am thinking for this week - Howe>ROK to cover Petrie, and Swallow can cover Harvey in the mid for this week
and thinking Z.Smith> either Mcevoy or Mummy
and that is where my problem is.. do I go for Mcevoy or Mummy? I am leaning towards Mcevoy as he has had huge scores recently and Mummy has been injured? so he might get rested round 24? only guessing here
Mcevoy or Mummy?
any other suggestions for my team?
I'd go Batch.. at least he's named on the field unlike Thompson. Not a trade but an EMERGENCY question.
My mate & I are arguing over whether he should play Batchelor or L. Thompson as starting D7.
I reckon L.Thompson or he does have S. Buckley but he's named as an emergency.
Darling and heppel can't play in the same position so, i don't know what your going to do
Goldstein > The next best ruckman after Cox... Any ideas?
Thinking Mummy or Bmac from Saints
I'd go Batch.. at least he's named on the field unlike Thompson.
I would be keeping goldstein unless it is desperatly needed to win an elimination final in a cash league or bragging league.
Otherwise I'd say Bmac long term Mummy short term
OUT: Newman
IN: ??? ($473,500 or less)
:S
Fisher if you dont already have him.OUT: Newman
IN: ??? ($473,500 or less)
:S
My thoughts are that it would be an epic fail to trade out cox. Id run with cox and lobbe unless your in an elimination this week.
Should I keep my trades and bench boomer for mzungu, or bring in lecras/Cyril? I have 4 trades and 140k. I'm unlikely to win my main league this week but if I do I can keep enright next week. Also would like to upgrade heppell and need to swap Gibbs if required in the coming weeks.
Id go Adcock, cheaper, good rcent form and playing the suns first week of finalsAlso in need of a Newman > ? tossing up between Adcock and Suckling... all but given up on the idea of getting Enright a week before his bye.
backline: gibbs, deledio, fisher, broughton, birchall, goddard, puopolo, delaney, strauss, newman
