Can anyone tell me something good about Rowan Andrews because ive gotta say Ive seen him play about five times and i reckon i could count all his possessions from all those games on one hand. To me he looks like tarzan and plays like Jane, doesnt seem to take any marks and isnt a good kick of the footy. So in saying that why is he still on our list. Has anyone seen him play any good games.

He's not on our list - he's a rookie who was always a "project" player.

However with the drafting of Maric and Meeson, Andrews year is critical to his being promoted to the main list.
His 2 years of Rookie status is up at years end and ATS his opportunity may be limited.

I agree there is no point having him on the rookie list when we could of had a Pearce ... but I digress.

Right now our Rucking order goes - Clarke Biglands Hudson Meesen Maric Griffin Watts Kruger Burton Johncock Andrews. He will be lucky to spend much time with the seniors at Glenelg this year.

I saw him at training and he looked like a guy who walked in off the street who they gave training gear and boots to and told him to join in he looked that far out of place.

No need for him given the guys we drafted I would ahve thought, and the fact that Griffin appears a much better option.
