Looks like the drug charges have put him out of favour with the WWE. He just lost his WWE title to Edge

There you go. Masters was suspended for breaching the WWE Drug Policy. RVD has also been suspended. I wonder if Sabu has been suspended or shown the door.Mr Magoo said:The big show has just beat RVD for the ECW world title. RVD has been suspended for 30 days.
Hotel 6 said:you've got to wonder about RVD. Been wrestling for a long time and not gone to main event level but they (WWE) decide to give him a go with the World Title and then he throws it all away. I doubt if he will ever be given a world title again. Just a waste, it is not as if the WWE have not suspended others recently and it was just a risk that was not worth taking.
I am happy for Edge to be champ but I don't think the ECW faithful will be too pleased to have Big Show as the champ. Interesting times ahead for the ECW side of things, their main two guys are on the shelf (RVD & Angle).
I did see that. It looks as if he has only been fined $1,000.00 and will be wrestling House Shows in the least.Cleavy said:They did an interview vignette with him on the ECW this week, so I assume that means he's still employed.
If he does work his ass off then I think he will at least become ECW champion again as long as ECW are still around after the U.S. Summer. The Majestic said:You could be right, RVD may have blown his chance of wearing the belt again unless he works his ass off upon returning.
That's a fair call My North. My North said:ECW could be gone again. Who knows with Vince what he wants and thinks
Well the Show that is very Big has the Belt now. If you are to believe the wrestling forums, RVD and Sabu are taking their punishment rather well and that RVD will be still in line for a reasonable push once he serves his suspension. Only time will tell.Broken said:With RVD the current face of ECW out of action and Angle injured, who else was there to give the ECW belt to?
I suspect at the end of the 13 week Sci-Fi deal, ECW will be put back on the shelf.
Zondor said:On the topic of suspensions it also seems that Kurt Angle may be suspended for 30 days if you are are to believe some of the Wrestling Forums.
Thanks for that Cleavy. It also seems that Randy Orton has just violated the WWE Wellness Policy.Cleavy said:According to this weeks Figure 4 Weekly newsletter, "WWE sources have confirmed that Kurt Angle is off the road for at least 30 days dealing with problems stemming from prescription pain pill abuse."
