Grow up buddy. Becase you've just become the biggest stereotype; the hawks supporter who joined just before the season and has now decided to try and police the world with his big ego because HIS team has won the premiership (and less than half your games this year).

That would be my arch nemesis #6 Mark Williams. Oh how I miss the little twat sometimes, he was quite amusing! :D

I've taken a risk and jumped on the Paddy Ryder bandwagon, thinking he's going to get plenty of time in the ruck now.

With his leap and mobility, he should be a good around the ground agile ruckman, could possibly become this years Drew Petrie to some degree.

However I made a rather sideways trade to get him, Firrito > Ryder.

Firrito got 88 i think last night, where as he has usually been scoring anywhere from 60 - 80's.

Here's hoping Ryder makes himself a long term fixture in my SC team.

Looks like an average trade after tonight's match. :o

Spudwick, dare I say, 'i told you'..... :D

Nah, but seriously, I just got lucky with it ending up pointing at my opinion.... :p

2. Ryder is a great user of the ball. Whenever he gets his hands on it a bit he always scores well. He is far far more likely to get possessions playing in the ruck role than in defense, as he won't be spoiling everything and tightly following a man.

Round 1, 14 touches: 99 score. Round 2, 11 touches: 100 score. This without hitouts, tackles, etc.

.

Sorry, don't mean to after-event off an 'average' performance, but I didn't see this before the game...

The beauty of SC is that it doesn't simply reward possessions (as I know you're fully aware)...
...but what he will potentially gain in touches, he now loses in the spoils, 1%ers and marking opp. kicks down back which are all SC contributors.

[Fletcher av'd over 100 SC from 2005-2007 with less than 18 touches a game being a prime example...only topped 68 DT av. in 1 of those 3 years.]

Ryder pushing his scores higher and rewarding those who had faith in him. Will only keep going up I expect, should be averaging towards 100 by the end of the season.
