Nonsense. Averaged over 20 posts per game last season. And have had a quiet season with sporadic inactivity this season. I still read the comments tart of every game, post (even tokenistically) in most games and contribute in our team PM. And most importantly I love this game.

There’ll be plenty of time for the ‘vale’ nonsense when I eventually do retire or die, and when that happens I’ll be a Sweet FA immortal. In fact, by then, they’ll probably have to come up with a new category to highlight just how much I stand above

You have to feel for the Dragons, decimated by the scorched Earth policy of the Bombers. PhenomenalV1 did a fairly good job of commencing the rebuild, and their rookies all looked ok at times. The standout was AceAndy, and though captaincy in his sophomore season will be a big ask, he looks to have taken to SFA as well as any rookie on the past 5 seasons. Captain PhenomenalV1 and Hatchy1992 tried their hardest to engage a new group, but the buy-in from the established clubmen wasn't achieved, as a league-low 4 players posted every week during S27.

The Dragon's team posting numbers crashed from 446/week in S26 to 170 this season, and it is difficult to find anything positive to hook your coat onto, as they finished in the bottom 3 of the league in every category. They had the second-lowest number of active posters (>5/week) with 7, and the least number of posters appearing during the season, at 16. It's actually a small miracle that they managed to claim 3 match thread victories.

NEEDS: RECRUITMENT. The Dragons must claim some recruiting victories, bringing established posters into the fold. Another batch of rookies would also be a shot in the arm, but they truly lack experience.

Some great recruiting by Phenom ....has certainly turned the club around & heading in the right direction .....pure quality

Wayne will be fine when he tones things down. He just gets excited. He's a great fit for the Bombers. If the Dragons had a capable leader you would be correct. All things being equal however, the Dragons would have been better with Wayne than without this season.

I also was kicked out of the Dragons, in a broom sweep strategy by the new Captain ....so I can comment on the effectiveness of that strategy

And how has the good leadership at the bombers helped him? His spam went up this season, and made bombers threads for some weeks unwatchable (unless you put the flog on ignore)

Also id drop the cheap shots against PhenomenalV1 . He came into a club with virtually no list and with its two leaders having tapped out due to RL shit. You laugh that they have a pulse, that's more than what they had when he started. You are still in at the cheap seats at the gumbies. I will look forward to seeing how you perform as a leader of a challenged club if it happens

I would be more worried about the weight of a rebuild being on someone still so raw to the league than the Furies tbh.

I've openly said if I leave the furies it's for the dragons or the warriors, and I think the dragons are better placed today than they were this time in S26. Change takes time.

Again, I'd focus on cementing the rebuild your club has under way - neither your mob or mine have the right to throw rocks at other clubs right now
