- The traditional numbered list, with each player's guernsey number, the name that they will be entered into the sim for throughout Season 30 and their status if applicable (eg C, LG, R). At the bottom of this list, please specify all incoming and outgoing players from the previous season Squad.
- A comma delimited list, that will be used to assign the club badges for Season 30. This must be a tagged list separated by a space, to make it simple for Chief to award the club badges (eg Agent93 Barrybran WaynesWorld19 TheInjuryFactory Sab22 philreich manangatang TedDougChris The Filth Wizard Ned_Flanders AceAndy Test Tickle )
SEC [4]. Squad Management/Player Movement
4A) Initial Squad Submission
A valid player list or 'squad' must be submitted by a representative of each team prior to the deadline set by the administration in the nominated squad submission thread.
A valid squad submission post contains
4B) Squad Changes
If a change is required to a team list for any addition or subtraction it must be noted in a post in the current season's squad submission thread.
The change must include alteration to the player list, and the list of any additions ("Ins") and subtractions ("Outs")
The initial squad submission must be altered (preferred) or re-posted (if original poster unavailable) to reflect these changes.
Squad changes are considered complete once both of these above actions have been carried out.
Any players involved in squad changes are unable to be named in a team sheet for the new team until a valid change has been completed.
Any players that have closed or permanently banned accounts are not considered to be active and therefore those players must be removed from the submitted squad and the squad minimum criteria must still be met.
4C) Eligibility to sign players (Out of season)
During the out of season period teams may make unlimited changes.
New players must indicate either in the current or past season's sign-up thread, or the specific team thread, their intention to join a specific team.
4D) Eligibility to sign players (In season)
New or returning players who wish to join a team must post in the current season's sign-up thread using the application form as below:

Teams may then bid publicly or privately for their services, and the applicant should engage with the bidding teams.
If a player nominated a preferred team in the sign up form, then the nominated club is free to add them to their squad after 24 hours provided no adjustments to the nominated club have been made in this time period.
If a player has not nominated a preferred team, or changes their preference this must be posted in the sign-up thread prior to the newly preferred team being permitted to add them to their squad.
Players cannot be signed with 4 or less rounds remaining in the regular season, or throughout the finals series.
4E) Trades
A trade period or periods may be specified during the administration, which marks the only time trades can take place.
Trades must be player/s for player/s, and the player/s must have been listed in a squad prior to the trade period.
Before completion trades will be validated by the administration to confirm the agreement of both clubs, and active players.
Inactive players may be traded at the administration's discretion.
4F) Free Agency
Unrestricted Free-Agency
Out of season all listed players are considered free agents. Players can move between teams in accordance with rule 4C.
Restricted Free-Agency
Any listed player, who is subtracted (or 'de-listed') from a team list may, return to a team list in accordance with rule 4D.
Limitations of Restricted Free-agency
- a player must have been subtracted (or 'de-listed') from a team list. Players who 'walk out' are able to only re-sign with their original team with the agreement of both parties.
- re-signing must be specifically administrator approved. This is completed by a post from a team's committee representative requesting approval in the current season's committee thread.
- valid once per season per player.
4G) Appeals
If players or teams are aggrieved by the squad management processes, they may submit appeals by private message or committee representative to the league administration which describes the situation, and the outcome desired.
The league administration will outline the situation to the committee who will vote on the outcome.
Committee representatives of teams affected by the situation will be excluded from voting.
In the event of a tie, the league administration will provide the deciding vote.
