I actually folded cheese last week when making cheese toasties using square cheese slices and a narrowish turkish bread roll. I could have cut the cheese slices, but actually folded them in half to fit in the roll.

I just opened a pack of the below Arnotts Shapes Fully Loaded Ultimate Cheese
They were only 5 months past their best before date
They were a very orange colour
I dipped them in half smashed avocado and some garlic dip.
I'm not feeling so good now.
