I think she will be more important structurally for Collingwood than Richmond. May make Collingwoods forward line more potent, even if she doesnt kick many herself. As people have said, predictable is a problem, but it also a blessing, if your forward line finds ball movement more predictable. After all, Pies forwards play with the Pies midfield more often than any team plays against them. So they should benefit more from predictability than the opposition does.

If she isnt used appropriately though, she becomes an ineffective log gumming up the forward line.

Good pick up. Is what we need for our structure. 2 goals out of 9 games isnt great. Look at the team she played for thought for 2020. Before that she was AA twice in three seasons for Lions who were one of the top teams in those years.

Push Sophie Alexander up to CHF. Fredrick to FF.

Agreed. A fringe player really. Definitely dont have the same effect of when Sarah D'Arcy left us last year. I hated that, but we did fine without her.

I see Sabrina as one of those pioneering AFLW players who looked great when the competition was raw and uneven, and it was hard to get a handle on the true value of many players. It’s different now.

But if our coach had any say in her recruiting, then I feel reassured. Steve Simmons walks on water as far as I’m concerned. He knows what he’s doing.

Sabrina may give the dynamic Molloy more licence to roam and work her magic. She’s a big unit, and will need a big defender. This should make the hard work of opposition defenders even harder.

I dont think we can afford her. And she shouldn't be paid more than Bri Davey (BnF, MVP), Molloy etc

I don't think the issue for her is so much her footy salary. It's the other than footy income she is after, primarily in her role as an ambassador. I don't know how much clubs have allocated to pay for these roles or even if it all needs to come out of the TPP & FD spends, but if there's an expectation she'd take that sort of role then she deserves to be remunerated for it.
