Different sites have different years but Millenials would cover 1977-1995 (one site) and 1981-1996 (another site). Gen Z covers the 2000’s period.

There are some bugs I have run into.
Second last mission of the game, “High Noon“, I was unable to pickup the minigun that would proceed the story (had to watch a walkthrough of the rest of the game, luckily only another 15-20 minutes). I started a new game and first mission, I was unable to hold the square button to detonate the C4 that would have proceeded to the next stage of the mission. The C4 detonated by itself a couple minutes later, so that helped. But then a few missions later (“The Peter Principle”), you have to pickup another minigun and again, I couldn’t do it.
Midway through the game (on my original save) you need to kill a particular character or let him live. I could only kill him because the game wasn’t letting me press the button to let him live (tough t***ies if I didn’t want to kill him lol).
I actually deleted and download the game, that didn’t work. Starting a new game didn’t work either. But what did work was deleting all the game saves and starting fresh. I passed the first mission and “The Peter Principle” without a hitch. So if anyone has the same issues, delete the game saves and start new. Luckily you can pretty much speed run this game to whatever section is giving you grief.
