I've bought salt futures.

Fair to say I'm nervous.

I'm assuming you don't actually understand what the phrase "no added salt" means.

Salt is just another toxin like MSG and all the other crap they put in pasteurised food. The less they put in my food the better. I'll be happy when it's gone.

Lolwut? Not sure if troll or not.

But salt and MSG are both found naturally in food.

Now with added poll.

Don't see why you'd say I'm trolling tbh. MSG has been proven to be toxic and salt is very similar to MSG. Both salt (NaCl) and MSG (Monosodium glutamate or Sodium 2-Aminopentanedioate) are the same toxin when you get down to basics: "Monosodium glutamateis a sodium salt of glutamic acid, a naturally occurring non-essential amino acid. It is used as a food additive and is commonly marketed as a flavour enhancer.

So it's a food additive (I.e. not found naturally in food it has to be added to it) and it's very similar, if not the same, as NaCl and other sodium salts. MSG has been proven time and time again to be toxic to humans and people are probably seeing the similarities it has to salt and cutting back their daily intake of salt as well.

I like salt. I would be sad if it went away :(

On the other hand, whenever I have KFC chips, I might not have near death experiences from a salt overload.

you can add flavour without needing salt.
ive seen some people pour mountains of it on their meals even before tasting it. the reason there is a lot of reduced/no salt food out there is because excess salt isnt good for you with respect to cardiovascular disease

Didn't do chemistry in high school?

Massive difference between the two.

Also the negative health effects for either have been debated.

Especially MSG. It has been shown that reported side effects might be largely psychosomatic.

As for sodium chloride it is a necessary part of our diet. Whilst there is evidence that reducing salt intake can be beneficial for those suffering from certain forms of heart disease, low sodium diets can also have negative health effects especially in children and those experiencing/trying to recover from certain illnesses.
