Sam Cranage impressed me on Sunday . I know he has played AFL football before with St.Kilda and Carlton , but i would imagine he is still pretty young . Do you think there is a spot on our list for him ? .

From what I heard him say, he seems pretty happy being in the VFL, I doubt Collingwood will pick him up.

Josh Mohoney is a good player at VFL level, but not at AFL level. Similar to Cranage.

Big step up from VFL to AFL, if he was on Collingwoods senior list he wouldn't get a senior game and would be playing for Willy anyway.

Possibly, but players of his size and ability are a dime a dozen. Its worth a risk for somebody to pick him up though - possibly a Geelong, Melbourne or even Essendon could use a good small defender.

BTW didn't his old man play for the Pies in the early 70's?
