Sam Hunt?

I'm not sure if there has been a thread on him already but i just wanted to throw up the question on whether we should keep him?

i havn't watched a lot of vfl football this year but from the games i have seen he has impressed especially sunday. The good thing about him is that along with his pretty good skills he has got pace which he showed when he took on some of the williamstown midfielders.

Matthew Spencer will more then likely be battling for his spot in the side with Hunt and just wanting your thoughts because i think he could be handy down the road especially if tommy harley gets injured again next year. Scarlett and Egan to take the big forwards and Hunt to take the more versitile forwards (e.g Russell Robertson who has given us trouble over the years)???

Stay, with a reasonable chance to be upgraded if injuries occur. Having said that you just don't know who you are going to draft this year and what places will be available and what type of players you end up going for also is important.

To add to that Grima another rookie, younger with loads of potential, can play forward and back so more versatile, not sure there is room for both on the senior list?...but Hunt has impressed this last month.

Yeah for sure, i'd take Grima any day over Hunt but i just don't think it would be smart for us to get rid of Hunt but keep Spencer and i could see that happening! lol

Spencer makes lingy look judd like in the pace stakes. He HAS to go- soooooooooo SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWW

He looked really good on Sunday. He's a good size.

Amazing turnaround. I saw him in a VFL practice match at the start of the year and he looked to be a dud of the highest order.
