I'd take him, but I wouldn't push any of our current assistants out to make way for him. Given we're finally on an upward trend, I think someone would have to poach the likes of Harvey, Longmuir etc. before we looked to replace them.

Absolutely.

Be almost ideal job if you can do it for a few decades. Less stress. Good money. Involved in something you love.
Being amongst high performance athletes.
Some interstate trips.
