Was it just me, but I thought Sandilands played quite well and his taps seemed to be hiting their mark?. He also showed a bit more confidence, by marking and quickly kicking.

In the West today they have given him the lowest mark for the Freo team of 5, I thought he did better.
 
I noticed that too and I think have mentioned it in another thread. Some of his tap work was superb and he is not scared to go back in and tie the ball up either. Can't remember him having a clanger either. He (and the midfielders) are definitely improving at the stoppages. Afl.com had him in their best players . And he had an above his average game on the heraldsun stats.
