Tom Murphy would be a certain.

Guy Martyn perhaps as a rookie list.

Well there have been a total of 7 players who have been invited to draft and screening camp. Those 7 are obviously being looked at by some clubs.

The Gooley's are both strong chances. Twins with good leap, kick and overhead mark.
Good size about them too!

There is a jurnior running round recently in a trial carnival d.reid well built key position although is slow around contests but can lay a very solid bump. he reminds me of a young byron pickett almost certainty if injuries hold up in 2 years time

Leslie has seemed to be overlooked. Which is a real shock as the guy picked up 40+ possessions in a semi-final on one leg.

Leslie is not being ignored, it is just he was elligable last year and is very well known. Tough to see a guy going from undrafted to top-40 or so, more likely a late pick or rookie-list selection. His lack of pace will count against him.

Would certainly say Murphy will go.

Thursfield is a good prospect but after the finals series a few names have popped up that might stand in his way.

Gooleys both look to be hot, although only one made the trials for vic metro (only to be cut last session) its the brother aspect that recruiters will look at. Not to say his brother isnt any good, they both suffered heavily from glandular fever pre-season and still managed to get on the track to have a pretty soild season.

David Codron, Guy Martyn and Matt Thomas all made state screenings, hoping they perform well and impress which im sure they will then rookie lists look most likely.

Next year looks to be promising for Dragons and hope to see a few names pop up here and there..
