Anyone can have the occasional brain fade and make a mistake. But when they continually just do the same thing over and over and are getting paid I assume what is very big bucks it's just pathetic that they can't get basic things right.

I think half the problem would be a lack of internal accountability.

I seriously doubt anyone has ever pulled Sandy aside and said, "hey, you know the way you're pronouncing Fremantle? It's weird".

Or pulled Dwayne aside and said, "mate, maybe tone it down a little. It's Justin Westhoff. Not Gary Ablett senior in his prime. The viewers aren't deaf but they will be if you keep shouting at them for every regulation mark and goal. And stop updating everyone with when it has become the biggest margin of the game. Sandy's ok, much better than most of the new generation but Dwayno, nah not much good. Listened to Rex on the weekend & he didnt know the names of half the Essendon team but he still far superior to the likes of Hame, Basil.

A combination of your team getting thumped and dwayne is a horrible mix, the way he kept talking up norths chances of coming back against port was infuriating, he was still doing it up until 7 mins to go when we were 6 goals down. absolutely no sign at any stage of that game that we could come back, we barely got the margin down to 5 goals lol.
