Big Sauce has been getting better and better with every game and he has had a very good season.

His general field play is improving at a rapid rate but his ruckwork is outstanding.

Yep. Sauce is an out and out ruckman. In Swann & Icke we trust.

Worth every cent of the 3 year $1million deal that we gave him at the end of last year!

He is one of the best ruckman in the league and will only get better in. In terms of AFL experience, he is still only a pup!

Now if we can pinch a midfielder or 2 in a similar manner this year, I would be happy. I remember a couple of years ago we tried to pinch Jordie McKenzie and he turned out into a pretty good player. Hopefully we have another one ace up our sleeve.

Good performance from Jacobs today, even if it was against a first gamer and the sack of potatos Fraser. Was like 11 hitouts to 2 in the first quarter, and most of them were down to guys like Thompson, who got the clearances too easily, for my liking.

His tap work with only get better, but it is his contested marks and tackling that I like, he gets to good spots and the way he hit that ball at speed in the last quarter and just missed out on a goal...it is a great piece to the puzzle...thanks Carlton...all the BS on the forum leading up to trade week was worth it.
