This question has been asked a thousand times. I'm not a mod or anything but its getting ******ed how people keep starting new threads without reading through or searching the existing threads.

Thats my rant for the day.

As for the advice, select emergencies that a better than not chance of playing. Here's a hint: Players that are rookie listed are not likely to play.

Valenti is rookie listed, hence he is inelligible to play until he gets promoted onto the senior list.
