I need a diet that i can use at school, such as lunch and snacks.
if this helps:
Age: 16
Height: 195cm
Weight: 110kg

Breakfast: 3 weetbix with light milk and honey
snack: apple, pack of chips (yeah, i know) and/or something baked (again, i know)
lunch: ham, cheese, white bread sandwich
snack: whatever's going, could be leftovers, could be crap in the pantry
dinner: again whatever's going, though parents are on a diet, of sorts, where most nights is a steak of some sort with veg.

i know i've got a lot of s**t in there, but if i don't eat that much at school, i may be eating my textbook in period 7, what can i replace this all with that'll allow me to eat it, but won't be so bad.

exercise: whenever i can, i go to the gym, generally 3-4 times a week, generally 3-4 minutes on a treadmill first, which will be increased gradually.


also, side question, i heard that using the treadmill before or after a workout, you'll lessen the gains.
