What if it was an amateur sport, and you taught sport at a school?
Forget about the so called 'new world order' WADA rules them all.
How did we let it get to this? mandatory sentencing, watering down the burden of proof to 'comfortably satisfied'. Perhaps we should bring back the death penalty to let offenders know that they need to be more aware of what they put in their bodies. After watching Four Corners Monday night we are partly there.

Mass hysteria usually, combined with a lot of very nasty people, quite a few of them post here.

A worldwide ban is a ban.

Generally, AFL players going to schools are going in official capacities and are looked up to as role models by the kids. Some people say they are not, but why do they go to schools and junior footy clubs if they are not held up as such. A drug cheat should not be able to take up a position helping any sporting side until the ban is over.

It seems pretty black and white to me. It needs to be.

what standard do you think a court would apply?

The burden of proof for civil cases is 'balance of probabilities'. For anti-doping cases it has actually been raised to 'comfortable satisfaction' not watered down. You could probably make more of a case if you actually had some understanding of what you were complaining about. As it stands, its easy to dismiss your comments because most people here know that they are completely wrong.

As for mandatory sentencing, that is also incorrect. Sanctions can be increased or reduced depending on the individual circumstances pertaining to individual situations. So thats something else you haven't got correct.

Anti-doping rules also apply to amateur sport.

All of this has been dealt with many, many times over the last few years. It quite amazing that incorrect material like this can still be posted when most people's level of understanding is well past this point. Really, you need to do better.
