What I excited about is the fact that he still has a big upside despite being a very good player as it is. He could turn out to be a tremendous rectuit for us

I just love the way he goes about his footy. His tackling & pressure contibuted to quite a few goals on Sunday. How good is he going to be when he's match fit & able to kick the ball over the man on the mark?

Its funny though, he gets through 2 games and hes now injury proof, and a win over the power and we're a top 8 team? Some ppl are in fairy land, also i am just am amazed how many ppl come out when we win one showdown. Its great to beat them, but surely doesn’t mean that much in the overall context of where we are.

One of your better posts Jack. An outstanding win, but too often we as AFC supporters get carried away with the odd great win. Our club has been mediocre for too much of our existence, and personally I'm not content with tolerating that. Let's turn our attention now to replicating Sunday's intensity and execution against Sydney this week.

Halleliu - about bloody time. Thommo is going to be a crowd favourite by the end of the year. By the sounds of it, he is already a Big Footy favourite, he is with me anyway.

what i loved about this incident was the port player started roughing up thommo, in comes phoon to help his teammate and then when another port player comes in too, Roo follows and holds him out of the action by the back of the guernsey - Loved it!

I'm wrapped with Thomson for both his ability and physicality.

IMO we are way in front on the Stenglein trade whether Gibson makes it or not.

If Gibson makes it as well, we will be light years in front.
