Who saw it last night.

When the great man threw away bill's ****house helmet!

probably the best thing i've seen on telly for a while.

wouldnt it be good to have him in the yellow & black at the moment; hitting some people.

Some kid called foley or something is wearing his jumper though arent they?

Was that scotty who took off bills helmet and threw it in the crowd?
i didnt even notice - but i only caught the end part of that as well.

Footy show on bills wheel he spun it and won the car.

before that he threw bill helmet into the crowd as bill raced some 13yo kid nephew of shane kelly or something like that and the kid won the 1km race.

no. scott turner spun the wheel on the footy show.

they won a car.

bill was in a **** bike race before this.

in celebration, scott turner removed billy brownless' helmet & threw it into the crowd of children.

To be honest on that day you hardly had to be Piggy to kick 17 the way it was coming in from midfield. I actually think training cones may have been a more competitive option when we were selecting on the thursday.

17 goals, 1 match.

Not quite true - Scotty was moved onto Dunstall as the 4th or 5th opponent after he had already kicked 9 or so (probably half-way thru the second quarter). I don't think Scotty had played full back before. Any way, for some reason they left him there, kept him there for the next few games, and he became a bloody good full back.

And a couple of years later (last round 1995?) - vs Hawks - he kept Dunstall goalless. It was a Friday night, and I was cheering for that more than the actual result.

And don't nobody go looking up the actual scores and stats to spoil my memories!
