Can you claim the prize of a scratchie in a state outside of where it was bought? Doesn't say on the back of mine.

Cleavy is correct. Scratchies are run by the state lotteries (in the case of Qld, I think it's Golden Casket).

Or you could post to their head office with a stamped self addressed envelope for the cheque
