Search box - Auto Suggest location

Any chance that the auto suggest options for the search box can be moved to the left of the search bar so as not to cover the search options?

Rather annoying to have something popup and cover the filter area.

Yes I'm aware you can hit escape to close the search suggestions, but the natural reaction is to reach for the mouse.
