As far as mods go, I'm pretty lazy as it turns out.

You see, the home & away season finished around six weeks ago, and I'm just getting to wrapping up the Post of the Year voting now. But getting to it I got to, and here's the official invitation to cast your votes.

First of all, I want to give a HUGE shout out to everybody that provided a game preview this season. You all gave good effort, which is very much appreciated not only by myself and the other mods but with the wider Freo community. As per tradition, the five previews that received the most reactions progress to the Final Five. I then ask all of you to vote on your favourite, and the one with the most votes wins the whole thing. So without any further ado, here are the Final Five:

Welcome back everyone. I'm not saying that it's on-brand of me to announce the 2024 Freo Poster of the Year in 2025, but I for one am not shocked.

Thanks to all of you who voted for their favourite Game Previews, we ended up with 16 votes which is more than we usually get! The results ended up like a bell curve with the top flattened, like that mountain in Close Encounters of the Third Kind which Richard Dreyfuss made out of mashed potato. But there was one that resonated more than most and, instead of making us laugh as many previews do it hit us right in the feels, and is a very worthy addition to the pantheon of PoTY winners.

So without any further ado, please join me in congratulating dockerfemme on being adjudged the 2024 Fremantle Poster of the Year!!! I'll organise your shiny new badge once I get the Badge Fairy's attention.
