He said the biggest change in us this year is leadership. Mianly G. Murphy and Tom Harley. One game at a time and don't get ahead of ourselves like last year.

Frank's main point seemed to be that past second placings were something we would not be repeating but more telling was that 2006 had been such a disaster for the club - for the coach and players, and all concerned that a complete overhaul was vital - and it has led to EVERYONE being accountable ALL the time, not just on the field. Couldn't recall SJ's surname immediately but singled it out as an instance of the new responsibility towards each other and the new on-field leadership. The minor premiership is an achievement but ... He is happy, the coach is happy, the players raised the roof with the club song, BUT there is still a long way to go. The usual cool, rational Costa message with restrained pride. Came over well.
