Setting up wireless broadband

Purchased a new HP Laptop on Sunday, but I haven't been able to set up my wireless internet. I have installed the wireless connection, except it's now asking me to enter an SP code. Google isn't really helping me work out how to solve the problem either.

Anyone able to help?

The SP code is the code provided in the GID1 file on the SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) which uniquely identifies a SP (Service Provider).

I'm with Dodo. Decided to give them a call to find the SP code the day after I addressed the issue. Thanks for your help, though.
