Hello SFA Members,

With S29 about to begin I have taken some time to reflect over the off season. Having stepped down from my official leadership duties at the Baghdad Bombers Qootball Club I realise I now have time to give back to the SFA. To help at grass roots level and develop many posters and teams to the next level.

When I started my illustrious career back in S23 I wish I had a resource like this to call upon.

I was the exception to the rule, with little effort I quickly became a superstar of the league and within 4 seasons was a back to back premiership player and a 3 time All SFA member. Now it is time for me to give something back to the SFA.

I am sure we all remember Dolly Doctor.

A resource for young people in Australia to reach out and get some advice. Sometimes it is not easy to seek feedback from those we know well. Often it is easier to consult with someone we are not as close to and get some direct feedback on how to solve your problem.

As a pre-eminent SFA poster I have decided to dedicate this season to help those less fortunate and with nowhere near the ability and skill that I possess.

This thread will be open all season for all comers. I encourage rookies to get on the front foot and ask Tony any questions on subjects they are curious to learn more about. The ultimate opportunity to drink from the fountain of Tony! It may be SFA related, it may not. Be it top shelf tips on how to Qooty or relationship advice this is the thread for you.

I will guarantee you a solution to any problem.

Tony xoxo.

Dear Doctor
I only finished 7th in my clubs' B&F count last season. I have never finished lower than fourth before - I am worried that I am losing my mojo. Can you help?

Dear Doctor,

Having won 2 flags, you've now experienced the other end of the spectrum. Do you think this means you're past your best, or do you think you can rediscover the magic of yesteryear?

Dear Doctor,

What is the cure for a shit, unimaginative thread title? And are you allowed to self diagnose and medicate, because in the case of this thread title, I think you should.

Hey Tony Lynn 15,

How did you go about developing your posting style?

I get the feeling that other clubs value posts that are carefully crafted, have a cheeky sense of humor and if requiring a visual, have one that looks top quality using Photoshop.

In saying this, I feel I'll be disliked more utilising sarcasm, stock photos and putting in **** all effort.

As a rookie around here, your playing accolades are without equal and you're somebody I look up to and aspire to.

Any wisdom you can share is greatly appreciated :thumbsu:

I think pantskyle already did this 'The Doctor Is In' theme several seasons ago

Can't have been very successful then if I had to go to the trouble of setting this up to help all the posters in the SFA. Shame on you pantskyle for abandoning the good people on here once you became mildly successful!

Dear Ant Bear

Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. I was out making some "house calls".

I sense there is a simple solution to this issue and it is one you have used to good effect in the past (most recently in the All SFA squad). If you can just get Dingster to not be the one that handles the votes for the Wonders and he hands this over to you I am sure you will miraculously finish first this season.

I also have a bunch of specialists that support me here and I think BRAB could also offer you some advice.

Dear Elton Johns Wig

Thanks for your enquiry and for addressing the elephant in the room.

At the time of making this thread I really had to make do with thread titles that were left. I did not want to be unoriginal as well as unimaginative.

Unfortunately for me all the really good and creative thread titles such as "Meltin' With Elton" and "The Whine Room" were already taken so I just had to make do with this.

Tony xoxo.

They've reduced markedly since our 14 Mad Mondays ceased but I still can't get rid of the last bit and its having a big impact on my Pizza making ability.

I stopped bulk billing.

Dear Phil,

Thanks for your input and continued support.

You raise an interesting point. Most players careers start off slowly while they find their feet and play some games in the twos or off the bench. I took a different path. I dominated from day one and found myself after two seasons with two premiership medallions. I needed to slow it down and only made the preliminary final in my third season.

I have now done my charity work for the SFA and fully expect to tear the competition apart in S29. I sincerely believe my best is yet to come which when you consider that my best have never been surpassed is a scary prospect.
