We have a heap of flankers but not a heap of top class flankers. Beyond Glass, MacKenzie, Schofield, Waters and Hurn in defence, the standard drops considerably.

Losing Hurn would hurt a great deal.

Griffen for Hurn would be interesting. Hurn wouldn't be enough on his own but packaging him with a first rounder would also be too much.

Totally hypothetical because he'll never be traded willingly and is unlikely to cite a move to Victoria.

The point of a hypothetical is just that. A what-if scenario. As they say you need to give quality to get quality, hence a what-if scenario over Hurn.
