He WILL develop more as a player with more experiance. Whether that includes finals this year or next is not important, we have seen him take great strides this year. Be patient. He has the physical ability, the mental strength and the burning desire. He will be as big a gun as David Ellard will end up!

Finals this year or next this team is going places. What inspires more? Just missing out or getting in and not getting to the big dance? I think the team development is the most important thing and looking ahead is silly. One step at a time. Cliche I know but 1 game at a time. Grigg Jammo Bower etc have progressed every game. Finals are another step up again. If not this year we have still done well and will get there next year and be gunning for the flag soon enough

Since the Port game at AAMI Stadium this year, Grigg has been very very good. Can really see him turning into a pretty solid player in our team, and could very well play 150+ games for the Carlton Footy Club.

All I can say is stats don't always show how far players have come.
Leaps and bounds for Grigg with more to come. You see it every week in many roles

everyone ranting about griggs game on weekend was his best, but another you may remember was game against pies early in year when he shut down heath shaw all day, thought that showed he was up to it

dunkarob was referring to the round four game when Grigg and Gibbs played on Shaw and Thomas.Grigga wears No 4? Will definitely go backwards if we allow him to play finals.
I love how Grigg ignored Fisher who was leading out unattended and backed himself to kick a long goal on the run with a great kick.
