Sheedy and Pagan

Considering the pressure on bomber at the moment, with a fair chance of a change of coach at years end, you would have to think the cats list would be very inviting to prospective coaches. With the pressure also on Sheedy and Pagan, do you think either of these guys would jump at the chance to take over the cats. With the way the cards are falling, I can see Sheedy at St Kilda next year and Pagan at Geelong. I would not be unhappy with that. Thoughts !!!!!

I wouldn't mind Pagan. Proven premiership coach but he's working with monkeys at the moment.

Would take Sheedy over Pagan any day of the week and Matthews over both of them...I have my doubts though that any of this will happen.

I'm in two minds about Pagan at the moment - I remember wanting him as a coach back at the end of 88!

However I wonder if the science of coaching has passed him by. He is quite an old fashioned hands-on coach while the trend has been towards coaches who are managers of specialist coaches. Sheedy IMO is more in this mould.

Sheedy is past it and now concerned with fairytale recuriting stories to make everyone feel good about themselves, Pagan has a bad hairdo so I wouldnt want him either.

Both Sheeds and Pagan are passed it and getting them would be a step backwards for the club....but then that hasn't stopped the club before.

Not sure Geelong would pay them what they want. Not a club policy to pay a massive amount to coaches - can be changed though.
