It's says it here, he was the first salesman-CUM-marketing mentor!!!! this really took me by surprise cause i had no idea that he worked in the sex industry at all and i had no idea that the AFL had intentions of moving into this area as well, all is good tho, i may order me some HoT AFL chicks soon....All the more reason we should have cheerleaders...

If Caro's claim that he asked Richo to join GWS , it's another very clear indication that he takes measures to ensure that some sides are advantaged to the detriment of anothers , does he not have any etiquette ?

Excellent article Caro. How true your closing words ring out. Why does our game have to be like all the rest....is loyalty a value that we cherish or depise...I for one cherish it and would not swap someone like Richo for any currency, nor can his type be bought. That makes me proud to be a Tiger not ashamed. It also dawns on me that we might be breeding a few in his footsteps down at Punt Rd as we speak given recent decisions and the inability of GWS or GC to lure any of ours.I know roughly how much it costs to buy a top line AFL coach, even a Brownlow medallist , dual premiership player.... but how much for a Club legend and role model? Like everyone, I think highly of Richo but from the small amount of time Ive seen him in media, he certainly doesn't say alot that is unique.

Happy to be corrected by an unbiased point of view as I do not listen to him on radio or notice him that much on Channel 7.

That he has appeal will give him years in the media but at some point you need to offer up something. Having a likeable image can somethimes work against you because you are looking to not offend.

It depends on the role Richo plays. He is a lot better during the half time report etc. when he gives insight into how teams function, what they can work on etc. However, when they asking him during the game his thoughts, its pretty generic. Overall, i find him entertaining, and has the best sense of humour on 7, which is a small plus in an otherwise horrible telecast.

But this new revelation makes me have a bigger man crush on Richo.*

love richo.as he gets more at ease with his role his cheek and humuor will shine thru.i remember after richo kicked about 7 goals (close to sorry if wrong) on kepler bradley against essendon,the richmond boys went out to celebrate that night.when they rung richo to see where he was they only got his voice mail which he changed to -hi you have just reached richo's phone sorry i cant answer right now but im busy pulling kepler bradleys pants down ,leave a message and i will get back to you when im done.legend!
