We're just about to reach the height of the Silly Season.
A couple posted so far:
All the action is in 2nd Div with YG, Kinglake, Powelly and Junction drawing more guys than Michelangelo.
Healesville is now officially a ghost town - half the list has supposedly left for the 15th year in succession.
Silvan has been in and out more often than a new groom...
...and the Cats are shuffling deck chairs in their Board Room
Seville is broke and Jones may move out - the Grass really is greener on the other side?!
Upwey is set to dominate the league for the next millennium now that Silvan has vacated.
Monky will coach full time at Woori, Richmond and Hawthorn while offering specialist comments on 3AW and tutoring promising Collingwood ruckmen. He will rebuild Afghanistan in his spare time. If the Tigers need a tap washer replaced it will now be outsourced.
Grayling is moving to every club on the eastern seaboard, and most of those inland - except Wandin.
Upwey trying to even up the comp by trading some of its big names to struggling 2nd Div clubs
Goodwin back to Wandin - will his return cause a few more head aches? And I do mean that!
Belgrave and Emerald will be relocating to the eastern suburbs so they can be closer to Sth Belgrave - and now possibly Upwey, Monbulk, Olinda, Woori and Wandin when they move!
To those clubs who didn't make the Silly Season list - are you still out there?
