Sinclair. ...

Great hands, poor feet, and apparently poor hamstrings. Looks up against it longer term if we're going to improve as a side.

Small shut down defender with suspect footskills. Has been in good form but won't be a loss. I chuckle a bit whenever Buckley says "we missed Sinclair."

He started well on Betts, and Toovey started well on danger.

His injury immediately resulted in a goal, and then meant that our structure was rooted because toovey was required to both betts and Danger, meaning one or the other got off the chain..........and then absolutely everything went too the shit.

We did miss Sinkers today though.

He was at least one of our only attacking backmen that ran the lines today before he twinged the hammy.
I feel we might have seen the last of him though.
But he is Bucks' love child child so you never know.

Its Buckley fault our structure was rooted. I mean we came into that game with three small defenders (plus Toovey) and had a dfender as the sub (Seedsman). Any good coach would know how to make it non effect on the structure in that circumstance.

At least he provided run. I actually didn't think he was bad, but I don't think he'll be a loss.

Jeez its a sorry state of affairs for our list if people are worrying who can replace sinclair.

I never used to like Sinclair but think he has improved a lot and provided something you need in modern football - elite speed.
He done the hamstring right in front of me today.
Bloody ball did not go out of bounds and resulted in a goal to Adelaide.
They really poured it on after that !

His absence will hurt more than most on here realise, not a world beater by any means but is far more solid than the youngsters available right now.

Think he is a loss, personally. He worked hard on his disposal and has become adequate, he has good pace, is defensively accountable and we need instability down back like a hole in the head. Not a world-beater, but still missed in current situation

Next time I'll read through all replies before posting, your comment sums it up (and more succinctly) and is right above mine. Oh well.

He has a dip but he's 1 of approximately 10-12 players out there yesterday that won't play in our next finals team.
Underrated post. We have a few players on borrowed time, like sinkers. They are serviceable, but ultimately expendable. If you disagree, think about how many teams he'd actually get crack in.
