Sledging

I was watchng Sportswatch on channel 7, and along the bottom I saw the funniest thing. I can't remember the exact wording, but it went something like this

" Cricket legend Shane Warne has said that sledging has a place in proffesional sport, and that he would use the Wayne Carey saga to upset a Kangaroos player if he was still playing AFL".

This was a serious news flash.......

He said it on the Footy Show the other night. I beleive he also said it would depend on how well he knew the player, meaning if he knew them well he wouldn't say that.

As far as I was concerned, if it walked onto the field of play it was a target for sledging.
