Who should I keep and who should I downgrade and upgrade the other ones to?

In order, who should I keep? (To play as an emegrency unless Riemers drops off)
N.Thompson or K.Tippett or B.Ebert.

Who should I get as an emergency?
McEvoy or Valenti

I don't think there is any point keeping Thompson if he's just going to be on the bench, plus there isn't too much difference between his average and Tippett's. Plus if Tippett is playing more in the ruck he should get more points than when he is just up forward. Whoever out of Ebert and Thompson is more expensive is the one you should downgrade, with the other being upgraded.

Out of McEvoy and Valenti, wait until Thursday and pick whoever's selected.
