Sylvia kicked a lazy three goals today on debut for Sandy Seniors.

Sylvia's 3 goals included the sealer in the last quarter. He only played a half, but it would appear that his class shone through when required.

Sandy skipper Chad Liddell back in the ones & in the best, a good effort. A lot of Dees involved, the depth is there. Sandy remain on top of the ladder & play the Northern Bullants next week.

What do you think the chances are of Molan getting another chance on Melbourne's senior list once he regains fitness?

From what I've seen of Molan, I think he has some talent. The key is getting through this season, most likely in Sandy reserves to start with. He can then be retained on the rookie for next year and with a full pre season I think he has the talent to make it. He just needs a couple of years injury free to build up some confidence.

melbounre have invested so much time and money into molan, id say he'll be on the senior list next year!!!

Since we can keep Molan on the rookie list next year, I'm certain that unless he's elevated during the season he will stay on the rookie list. As it is we will struggle to find the required number of delistings let alone find another spot for Molan who may not play, when we could elevate him at the start of next year anyway.

Great news lamby!!

Danners must be tempted to play him very soon, although we know he likes to ease the young players into the team, but with this kid he may not have a choice.

It's pretty exciting to hear things like this, especially with the form of McLean, Bell, Smith and Chris Johnson.
