smaller grounds

after todays game, i was thinking...... how well we play on the smaller grounds. i mean even though the G is our home ground, we dont actually have a great record there. And we won at optus, and the SCG. so perhaps our style of play is suited to the smaller grounds. Which is something i think we might need to work on for next year.

Is Optus Oval considered a small ground? I wouldn't have thought so.

compared to the MCG and that i would think it was.... Carlton cant play the bigger grounds either... that well. just made me wonder. thats all.

We seem to play well in confined places, and even Colonial Stadium too.!!!

Maybe an insecurity thing, hey?

I would consider Optus Oval a small ground but the G isn't that much bigger really.
