i agree with the cold thing, but i LOVE the snow!!!

LOL Yes, I know how people can love snow..... when you're just 'visiting', but living with it 24/7 for three to four months a year certainly changes one's opinion! I used to love coming here to Chicago for three weeks for Christmas when I lived in Melbourne. There was nothing better than snow trickling down on Christmas Eve during midnight Mass. However, when the temperature doesn't get above freezing for 17 straight days and you have to shovel a VERY long driveway and newly installed front sidewalk at least three times during that time, you tend not to think of snow as such a novelty..... rather that it's a pain in the back(side)! Give me a rainy winter like Melbourne's any time! And to think I used to "freeze" with 5C temperatures in July for 25 years! Oh, for the 'good ole days'. :p

yeah, fair enough!!

the longest amount of time ive every spent in the snw was 2 days, and even then we went back to out camp during the night without the snow. i LOVED going there during the day and wish we could have stayed longer. but at the same time, i dont think i could live with it. im a summer person, and id get so sick of the temerature after a while...

but for a few days - ITS GREAT!!
