If you have to shout in order to be heard three feet away, then the noise is probably too loud and could be damaging to your hearing. In these instances, hearing protection is recommended

I assume we will see gushing articles in the paper about the lack of no shows.

A crowd of over 50,00 should be assured with everyone having to buy tickets.

Should be awesome.

I hope to be back to the barracking level of my early days and lose my voice before half time.:D

Damn right.
I'd rather it on tv than line up for an hour for a beer, then not even be able to take it to my seat.Line up for ****ing ages and pay a ridiculous price for a beer.

When i shout and swear to cheer the crows on, some stupid **** next to me tells me to be quiet because they are trying to enjoy the game (which means sit there, say nothing.. hardly inspiring)

the atmosphere is a bit poo at times as well, but you get that when its 95% crows in the crowd

its better when its 50/50

indeed... crows crowds are reknowned for that. but i heard a caller on 5aa recently that hit the nail on the head (mind you KG didnt want a bar of it). he said that in h&a games, ppl get embarrassed about yelling out and sometimes dont want to upset the person they have to sit next to for 11 games... but in finals its a new spot with new ppl so they have more confidence and yell more. makes sense to me.

either way. im there!

I agree its dissapointing that he cant even be bothered to get off his ass to see one, just one Crows game this year. I was screaming non stop last week and I didnt get told at all to sit down. In fact I was getting high fives and everyone around me was chanting along.

That is a great way of putting it and it does hurt the atmosphere during the season, if everybody shouted there would be no embarrassment and the Crow players would appreciate it.

The crowd is pretty ****poor during the season.

Ok to be honest i cant afford it as i quit fulltime work to go back to study this year.

My excuse about footy park is valid though, i like drinking while watching the game, it adds to my enjoyment. You sound like the type of person who sits down and shuts up during a game anyway and would probably tell me to shut up if i dared cheer on the Crows.
One of my mates is actually on the list to get season tickets for next season so ill be there every home game provided it doesnt clash with North games.

I agree, but we need as many people like you as we can get.

You probably didnt read my last post because it wasnt up yet but ill be at most Crow home games next season. Getting paroletic, screaming abuse at the opposition and cheering on the Crows. Dont worry about that.

I might even start a tutoring service to help some of you out.
