The "Avenue" in Richard Clapton's song "Girls on the Avenue" is a reference to The Avenue in Rose Bay, Sydney, Australia. Clapton wrote the song about three girls he saw on that street while living on the next street over.

No I didn't, I wish I had, U2 always put on a good show though, they give bang for buck.
