I'm more thinking artists who have a few cracker albums and then churn out dross for, in Elton's case, most of half a century, rather than those who don't follow up on their enormous promise like basically all those listed aside Hootie. But those are all good counterpoints, yes.

Eminem has been largely drek since The Eminem Show, and that was released 23 years ago.

Why would that be a lie? He's toured here a few times in the last decade or so. I went in 2015 and 2017, which was my last concert.

It's just not a very good song, every artist has stinkers in their discography. Especially acts that have released over 40 albums.

That's actually the main reason I Billied it.
I've been a huge Elton John music fan for over 40 years.
His older songs (the Piano music for them) inspired and powered the musical phases of my life.
But his bridal song does nothing for for me. Musically or emotionally.

Devils advocate, if you take their posting habits in here and the WW games I've seen into account it reads, to me, more like someone somewhere on a spectrum of some sort. Someone who has just reallllyyyy gotten into it. I don't know that it's intended as malicious. Not saying your feelings aren't valid, there might just be some miscommunication in there somewhere.
