Nothing really inspiring from that performance. Few points below:

1. Warnock should stay in the side.
2. Headland and Walker need to find their heart.
3. Our forward structure needs to adapt to the style that our midfield decides to play like on the day. Way too many geelong defenders in the forward 50. Love to see Pav and Taz isolated in the square with no-one else in the 50.
4. Why do average players keep burning us? Stokes, Johnson, Rooke, Hunt...

S. Johnson and Rooke are not average players, not to us anyway...
Stokes is clearly not a star but he goes damn hard at it.
Hunt, as a late change, would've been keen to play good cause if he didn't he would've been straight out for Mackie...

Stokes killed us last year oposed to Schammer. He went forward and although being the same size as Schammer or smaller, marked over Schammer a number of times. Kicked 2 or 3 and had 20+ possies for memory? This week we played Jonno on him so there was no chance of that happening, but he exposed Jonno for pace.

For a guy of his size he's very good!

Rooke and Johnson are both highly rated down at Geelong. Both in our best 22. Johnson's hardly a headcase, just a guy who's made a couple of mistakes. This aint the first time he's played quality football either...

1. Warnock should play if opposing side have 2 good ruckman....sides like the Saints or Carlton, we can get away with having another runner in the team. Horses for Courses.

2. Headland should be dropped, 1 & a half a good game in 8 weeks is crapola. Walker should be dropped ASAP when any of Peake, Schammer or Browne are ready to return.

3. Man on man in forward line woul dbe nice....enter Connolly. Crapolla coaching once again.

4. Because we don't take risks like they do...& our skills are crapolla

Good players all. I suppose We will have trouble with another few average players on Friday . Riewoldt , Harvey , Dal Santo and the dud Fishers.

Exactly. Warnock is a pretty good forward and Sandi is starting to hold onto his marks. Give Warnock a go unless it's belting with rain or windy enough to know him over - and either rest them if they are tired or stick them in a pocket. Gilmore is not a way forward. Warnock may be.

Rooke is excellent and SJ is inconsistant but very very good when he is on.
