Just a quick question
I've been sent a training program and one of the days says to do 20x20m sprints on 30seconds.
Does this mean I do a sprint on every 30 seconds ie, 0, 30sec, 60sec, 90sec etc?

but yes, i agree. in any sport, let alone one such as soccer, the first few steps are the most critical so working on short sprints is critical

I assumed the OP wanted a HIIT program that would burn the most amount of calories, whereas mcuzzy is after sports specific sprinting.
