Spyware solutions??

My computer is absolutely ****ed these days, and I was wondering if there are any decent (preferably free) spyware programs going around?

I've tried a couple but all they do is tell me I've got 85-120 things to be deleted, but then tell me I need to pay $X for the full version...

Use Spybot Search and Destroy. Its the best program for getting rid of spyware.

Also, use Ad-aware as well. it will find adware crap that S&D may miss.
