don't know if i would put ackland and mcGough straight into that side they couldn't make their respective sides this year.

Also i think Dal Santo should be given the oppurtunity to take number 6 or 11.

don't think so yet, it's extremely hard to crack a spot in our line up look as the clarkes, especially Xavier he was hanging on a thread all year and he was a #7 pick. I don't even think Ackland and McGOugh will get a regular game with us, at least not next year, fiora on the other might get a fair bit of game probably ahead of Xavier Clarke

i would have to say that this is the first time i have disagreed with you milnedog44. You are a top bloke withj great thougts but i dont agree with your team.
You have Leigh Fisher as the 28th person to be in the team. I think you seem to be forgetting he played 5 games of our 10 week winning streak earlier this year (where he was injured at the start and came in for Round 5, and then got injured during Round 9). He should be back pocket, with Bakes named on the wing tagging every week. Goddard should not be on the wing. Powelly, Guizza (Guerra) and Xav i dont think should be getting a game staright away. Brooks was finding it hard to ruck at Springvale level, he needs confidence he should not be on the bench yet. And i would have Montagna and McGough in the team before Xav and Guerra. And i would rather give Raph Clarke a go in the side (thats the only way hes going to learn) instead of Schwarze. So......... summarizing all that up i would have my team as this.

yeah with mcgough and fiora, i put them in, before thommo and powelly because they need a go, and they are the future. But yeah your right thommo did prove himself as did powelly. but im looking to youth, and we need to help the "crucshed" confidence of mcgough, fiora and ackland by giving htem a game. There our future!

It's bloody hard to pontificate overt the make up of our side without an opposition to match up on. Particularly when we are at a point in time when we have a luxury of riches. The only issue for me is the Ruck. For arguments sake, GT mentionned on SEN a couple of weeks ago that he believed that we had potentially the best ruckman in the competition. As such, I'll name him there. Here goes...

I just wish that we didnt havta chuck kossy in the ruck because he is so effective as the spare tall forward in the forward line. Another option would be to get Leigh Fisher playin Full Back and using Penny in the ruck rotating with kossy. TOP 2 THIS YEAR
