Did anyone hear the stafford interview on 3AW with Rohan Connolly last night?

Almost in tears, telling how he felt phsically ill watching the game. I always thought of Staff as the type of player that didn't really give two hoots about football, he started late and being from Sydney, didn't seem to fit the "pride in the jumper" type of footballer, I was pretty wrong on that assessment. He sounded genuinely p***ed off, like all of us.

A weird moment in the interview when Robert Walls started to laugh and Staff fired "Who's laughing?"

Wallsy sheepishly replied "Sorry, there is somebody throwing jelly beans at us in the box"

"Yeah, real funny." Was Stafford's response, sounding like a hit man with his next target in his sights.

I didnt hear it but I heard Danny's and they mentioned it.

Brings me to tears of frustration.

Yep, heard it and thought it was the most honest, emotional and insightful interview I've heard from any footballer in a very long time.

Could of heard a pin drop, when Stafford snarled "who's laughing!".

Frawley was asked to comment on some of the things Stafford said. His reply was "I hope he still feels that way when he next plays."
