Good bloke
So what do all you guys think of the new developments at KP?

I've been going to KP for over 20 years and I have always stood in the outer - even when I was a little kid and had to stand on the old school steel vb cans :)

Over the years our standing room 'spots' have gradually all made way for new seating developments.

I was pretty dissapointed to rock up to the adelaide game and see what has happened to the last remaining piece of standing room. Could we be pushed any further back?

To add insult to injury, the seating bay in front of us was nearly empty. At quarter & half time they made announcements that 'the people in standing room can purchase a seat for $8'

I dont wan't a seat! I love standing.
I love arriving at our spot to find my family and friends there without having to make prior arrangements or bookings.

I booked a seat for the first time ever last round. It was a real pain to organize everyone. - Figure out who was coming and get their membership nos. Then we each had to pay $16 extra for a seat none of us really wanted.

I guess this will be the norm for a lot of games this season. It feels like the end of an era really.

I agrre on this one. I couldn't believe it when I rocked up on Sunday to see what has happened. I've got a reserved seat at the dome but still stand up the back for most games. Personally I think that you can let more things fly when your standing and it gives it more of a local footy feel, something that i think the game is lacking at the moment. It seems to be catering more for the corporates than the true fans. I hope that there will still be some seating available once all of the redevelopment is done

Ouch

Maturity at its best.
True i dont remember much from 1989-90 because i was only 4 but i can remember matches I went to from 1992 onwards when i was at least 6-7. I do believe ablett played then and for 4-5 years after that also. So dont give me this barely remember crap. I specifically remember my first match at the 'g' when ablett side stepped bomber thompson and i think daniher and left them staring at each other while kicking his 3rd goal from 40m out in the 3rd quarter. Scott also kicked 7 that match, and riccardi a bomb from 65m out. So my memory isnt that bad ok?

you are acting like a complete **** on the main board, and insulting your fellow supporters on this board over absolutley nothing.

Either pull your head in, or p1ss off.
