I'm a bit perplexed as to why they're even playing the prelims this weekend. Steven Morris won the premiership six weeks ago!

Pretty flattering scoreline for Adelaide. Not many teams score a point against Steve Morris.
Take for example (taken from a recent model on the Morris performance factor (MPI))
Steven Morris: 82.0.492
Melbourne: 0.0.0
But that was just Melbourne that the almighty Morris beat up... well what about
Steven Morris: 32.0.192
Fremantle: 0.0.0
Fremantle with Crowley being ... well Crowley and their negativo game strategy, still couldn't stop the onslaught. Only team to actually register 2+ points against Steve Morris was Hawthorn... and even then scientists are still trying to figure out how that happened.
Many would not know this, but Corey Enright has the nickname "Boris" for being the far inferior, beta version defender of Morris..

Steven Morris will not be attending the Brownlow Medal count as he has declared himself ineligible to win the medal in order to allow other players a chance to win our most prestigious award.
I think you will find the brownlow if researched thoroughly actually goes to the second best and fairest. The first best and fairest (or the Steven Morris medal) has only gone to one player for obvious reasons

Many uneducated footy observers will look at his Supercoach scores and see the that he was the lowest ranking player who was not subbed on/off.
What they don't realise is that Supercoach scores cannot go past 3 digits. Steven Morris actually scored 38,000 supercoach points.

Like Ying and Yang, Morris and Vickery operate as polar opposites, yet in unison. The god like football prowess of Morris at one end, the inability to football altogether at the other, they perfectly align, forming a balanced, harmonic team.
