They called Fleming a sniper after last year. I think Baker is in real trouble after his punch to the face of Johnson with the ball nowhere nearby. Didn't see the Hamill incident but apparently only reported for tripping. Don't know if Channel Ten will have any footage of it.

Can you describe it Froars? All I saw was an umpire running in to make the report! Still didn't stop me from giving the umpire plenty of advice to report the filthy prick (from 100 metres away).

plus the umpire was very quick to report him and give 50 so again you cant be to positive

2. Saints have more depth than you could comprehend.
Baker out - GUERRA, GRAM, MONTAGNA L FISHER or MOYLE in
Blake out (injured) - just as he is ready BROOKES in
Hamill (will play IMO) but if not - normally S Fisher but hes injured so id go with WULF or STONE
as for others Ferguson (all australian) Houlihan (better than his bros) Murray (port adelaide top 22) are already to go.

When you finish on the bottom of the ladder as many times as the saints have you're bound to pick up some handy players and improve your depth. How many spoons is that now? 48??? Gee the kitchen cupboard must be pretty full at linton st.

i think people on here are getting the two situations confused...baker is the one who hit the richmond player, hamill was the tripping charge. i think you'll find a hell of a lot of st.kilda supporters myself included were disgusted at bakers act, it really was pathetic, regardless of what happened before it you can't go around punching guys in the face! but to call him a sniper is a bit rich, it's not like he gets reported every week for this stuff, he's a dirty player but most of the time doesn't get out of control like yesterday, he's no libba that's for sure.

And all this crap about amnesia is rediclious, as if that makes a difference or not he still hit the guy, what does it matter if he remembered it..he was obviously well enough to find the richmond players face to make deliberate contact with. 4-6 for sure, we can replace him. Thomo should have come straight out and said that kind of stuff isn't on, you can't defend a bloke who blatently hits a guy behind play!!!

Anywho..hamill...didn't see the incident and they couldn't replay it on channel 10 either because they didn't have any footage of it so what happens here?? is there extra footage they can show at the hearing?? or is it his word against the umps??

finally a saints fans posting on a Richmond board who makes sense.

It's Hamill's word against the ups, but although there was no footage you only have to look at the reaction from the richmond players when Zantuck went down to know that it doesnt seem to be a mild tripping offence.
